Acceptance of the Terms of the Site

These terms and conditions – a possible modification from time to time – apply to all of our services, which are directly or indirectly (through distributors) online, by e-mail or telephone. Any use of your account by you and all of us using the information related to your account together with the booking made through our company is subject to the following terms, conditions and labels. The Lesvorama may extend the benefit of the arrangements under this Agreement, other websites and distributors offering online travel services. By accessing, navigating and making use of our website and / or making a reservation or purchase a product or a service offered, and accept unreservedly affirm that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions listed below. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, then you may not use this website.

About the Company
The following terms “we”, “us”, “the Company», «Lesvorama» referring to the individual company with the brand-name «LESVORAMA » and the subject “General Travel Agency”, which is based in Molyvos, Lesvos, GR-81108, Taxpayer ID No 065751931, Place of Taxpayer ID No MITHIMNA. The company maintains and operates its own sites and also provides links to external websites which are referred from now on as “sites”, “portal”, “Sitemap”. The terms “you” and “user” refer to each person who creates an account with us and / or the user makes a reservation through our company direct from the portal or indirectly from other websites and our distributors through which we provide services.

Scope of our services
The Company has developed and operated an Internet portal, the lesvorama.gr, which contains information of hotels and tourism service providers on its website about the island of Lesvos, the body is also an online system for online real time booking of hotels, car rental and transport. It provides complete service to visitors of the country from which the search in order to facilitate the reservation or purchase a product or a service offered by the organizers / providers of each tourist service.

The company does not organize its own travel, but your intermediary services (flights, car rentals, hotels, tickets, ships, other tourist services) are offered by this web site listed organizers or suppliers of each tourist service. Making a reservation through the portal you create a contract relationship, which is bound by law to the organizers / providers of each tourist service for which is the advanced booking. Since completion of the booking, we act only as an intermediary between you and the organizers / providers of each tourist service, carrying the information of your reservation and sending them to your e-mail confirmation from them. The liability of the company is limited to make that update. To fulfill the contracts made by the company are liable only the respective organizers / suppliers of the pre-booked tourism service.

Reducing personal and non commercial use
This portal is for personal and noncommercial use by you. To use this portal, you agree not to use the content and information for commercial or non-personal purpose (direct or indirect). The content and information on this website (including, without limitation, price and availability of travel services) and the infrastructure used to provide such information and content are the property of Lesvorama or its suppliers.

Copyright
Although you can create copies of your travel itinerary for closing services through this Site, you agree explicitly not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, assign, create derivative works, transfer, sell or resell information, software, products or services you obtained from this website. In addition you agree not to: a) Access, monitor or copy any content or information from this portal using a robot, spider, scraper or other automated means or manual procedures for any purpose without the express written permission of Lesvorama. b) Violate the restrictions robot exclusion headers on this Web portal or bypass or circumvent other measures to prevent or limit access to this website. c) Take any action that may be charged or levied unreasonable or disproportionately infrastructure and operation of the site.

Privacy
The Lesvorama respects with comply strict confidentiality to protect your privacy. In addition to the notifications required by law in any relevant jurisdiction and disclosure of your name, e-mail address and your information to complete your booking with the organizers or suppliers of each tourist service of your choice, rest assured that we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent. Security Trade & Credit Card
Responsibility for the trade takes the contracted bank, which verifies the validity of online credit card information (number, maturity, balance, aside etc.). To protect and encrypt your credit card by transferring them to us, we use standard technology trade data “Secure Socket Layer (SSL)” for our services. The level of security supports the highest safety specifications 3D-Secure standards «Verified by VISA» and «SecureCode by MasterCard». This will provide absolute security by the bank on credit card payments.

Booking Reservation & Confirmation
A reservation or purchase of a product or a service offered on our website is made easily and quickly by completing the relevant fields of the special booking form. Any successful process of booking through the portal, by e-mail or phone equivalent to an express order to the company to act for providing the service, followed by a successful message transaction and reservation code. Also after the completion of the reservation you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you have registered, stating the reservation code and detailed information of your reservation. Please check directly the facts of confirmation (name, reservation dates, hotel, etc.) and update as soon as possible and not later than 48 hours of receiving the confirmation e-mail for any mistakes made during registration. Lesvorama cannot guarantee that the error correction is possible even if timely information as it cannot guarantee that it can be done without cost. Errors listed after the deadline will not be considered. Unfortunately, many suppliers, particularly low cost airlines make no error correction after the entry of the reservation. The late reporting of errors or failure to rectify may not give in any way the right of cancellation if the user is burdened with its policy of cancellation of service.

If the selected reservation is made by the supplier a short-term change such as delay or cancellation of flight, etc., the company will try to contact the user via telephone or email and inform you if received timely the information from the supplier side. Absolutely we do not bear any responsibility for the company transfers, delays and cancellations of flights or travel services and products suppliers. You have sole responsibility for the information and that the conditions set by each supplier, such as conditions imposed by any airline or ferry companies, faced with the reservation. In general, the detention order is binding on the user in each case.

Rejection of reservation
The company reserves the right if you violate the general conditions for use of the Site, or abuse their power to detain travel services to access or dismiss the possibility of booking it.

Shipping travel tickets
Lesvorama is obliged to send all the necessary travel tickets for the proper implementation of your trip. Here’s the analysis and the method of sending the tickets for each event:

• For hotel reservations or car rental or hotels and transport to the areas print the confirmation e-mail, which is valid voucher and you can present it to the supplier of the service.
  
• For air reservations you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating the number of airline reservation and the number of electronic tickets, which you should print, to get it with you to the airport at the check in.
• Caution the name shown on your confirmation, must match the name of identity at the check in.
  
• For ferry reservations except the confirmation e-mail, also are sent the ferry tickets by post or by courier. The company is not responsible for lost tickets sent by post.
  

Prices and Best price guarantee
Quoted rates are controlled and constantly renegotiating, our goal is to provide the best possible price for your reservations. The quoted price is the final price including VAT and all other taxes (subject probability to change of such taxes), unless otherwise stated on the website or e-mail confirmation. The final price is no surprise, as internet service fees, credit card charge fees and taxes etc. The system is updated on the prices of travel products and services by the supplier verify and determine the final price, but in some cases this value is subject to specific restrictions and conditions that have to do with an early reservation, cancellation, special offer or refund. Currency exchange for a price from the supplier company is not responsible; therefore please check the information on prices in detail for such conditions as possible before you make your reservation.

Valid only for hotel reservations: Our goal is to provide the lowest possible price for your stay in a hotel. If you find this hotel room under the same conditions of detention at a lower price on the Internet after the booking through our website, we will offset the difference between the price we offer and the lowest price on the terms and conditions of better security price.

Valid for air ticket bookings in low-cost airlines: The above price usually refers only to simple fare and do not include the cost for luggage, booking a specific item or meals on board. The extra charges for different services vary from company to company and shown in terms of as a company, and imposed directly and only from the respective airline.

Salary Services
The service fee covers the operating expenses incurred and uses the site for the processing of your travel booking and is included in the total price of the offered service or product and is covered by the supplier.

Payment Method
The payments methods for the service or product through the website are only by credit card or bank deposit. Depending on the service you choose you will be asked to advance an amount to guarantee the reservation or in some cases to repay the value of your reservation. In the confirmation e-mail you will receive it is shown exactly the value of the reservation and the exact amount deducted at the end of the reservation. It also indicates the methods of repayment of the reservation which is usually the redemption settling through the system 28 days before the day of arrival with your credit card or deposit to our bank account or direct payment to the supplier upon arrival.

For reservations, air and boat tickets through the website, it is possible to pay the total amount charged only by credit card at the completion of the reservation. Before the full repayment or guarantee of the booking, the company is not obliged to transfer the necessary travel documents to the user. The guarantee of the reservation is based on the credit card provided by the user or the person responsible for the booking. The Company is responsible for verifying the validity of the credit card and the credit limit on the amount of the reservation.

If the card does not guarantee, the Company will ask the user to produce any evidence relevant to the person’s address or a copy of his credit card and guarantee the booking with an alternative credit card or with a bank deposit. If the user is unable or unwilling to guarantee the booking, the company will cancel the booking.

Cancellations, Changes
If you wish to change or cancel your booking, you must visit our website and login to the reservation system from the button “my reservation” with the reservation number and your username and password that you received by the confirmation e-mail and follow the instructions provided on this site. If you wish to make any change or cancellation in writing, please send e-mail at traveler.service@lesvorama.gr or fax to 2253072292, informing of your request. Then, the part of our company will contact you to settle in your request. If the request for cancellation or change is sent outside of the working hours then the day of receipt of the request will be considered the next business day. You are advised to carefully read the cancellation policy or change your reservation before making your reservation. The costs may occur when changing or cancellation of a travel service lies solely with the user determined by the terms of each supplier. Please note that you will be charged for canceling or changing reservation according to the following terms:

1. For hotel reservations, car rental and transportation to hotels or destinations the terms of cancellation or change are:

• To cancel or change a reservation until 28 days before arrival date the charge is 15% of the total value of your reservation.
  
• To cancel or change a reservation until 15 days before date of arrival the charge is 30% of the total value of your reservation.
  
• To cancel or change a reservation up to 6 days before date of arrival the charge is 50% of the total value of your reservation.
  
• To cancel or change a reservation up to 1 day before the date of arrival or no show the charge is 75% of the total value of your reservation.
  

2. For air tickets reservations the terms of cancellation or change are:

• Cancellation or change of domestic flight or fare is charged € 15,00 plus the expected cost of cancellation – change each fare of the airline.
  
• Cancellation or change of international flight or fare is charged € 25,00 plus the expected cost of cancellation – change each fare of the airline.
  
• In case of cancellation with fault of the airline company, are not charged cancellation fees and the company does not require additional service cost.
  

3. For reservations of ferry tickets the terms of cancellation or change are:

• Cancellation or change of direction or domestic fare charged € 15,00 plus the expected cost of cancellation – change of the current fare of the shipping company.
  
• Cancellation or change of international direction or fare is charged with € 25,00 plus the expected cost of cancellation – change the current fare of the shipping company.
  

Please note that for some prices or some special offers there is no possibility of cancellation or change.

 Compensation – Refund
The refund of money on cancellations or changes of bookings for hotels, car rentals and transportation to hotels and areas will be done as soon as possible and not later than the end of the month following of the date of the cancellation. Please note that in case of cancellation or change on air or ferry tickets, the refund will be made if the air or maritime company has advanced to the refund process. For possible delays by the airline and ferry companies, the company does not bear any responsibility.

Disclaimer
According to restrictions under such terms and provisions the company and its associates deny any responsibility for inaccuracies on the hotels, provided photographs, descriptions, products, services of the hotels or other descriptions shown on our website, as the majority of these provided directly by the relevant vendors. The company, partners and suppliers have the right to improve or change the website whenever they deem necessary. The company is making all possible efforts to verify the information published on its website but is not responsible for the unavailability of the service or product on the date of booking or to fulfill the contract with the supplier. The hotels, car rental companies, carriers and other suppliers providing travel or other information on the website lesvorama.gr and partner sites are independent and not agents or employees of the company «LESVORAMA».In particular «LESVORAMA»and any of its online partner companies disclaim any liability whatsoever and will not compensate anyone for:

• criminal, special, indirect or consequential loss or damage, any loss of production, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of contract, loss of or damage to goodwill or reputation, loss compensation
  
• any (direct, indirect, consequential or criminal) damage, losses or charges then caused by or in connection with the use, inability to use or delaying our website or
  
• any (personal) injury, death, destruction of personal property or other (direct, indirect, special, consequential or criminal) damage, losses or charges which have undergone, have paid or caused, either because (legal) acts, errors or violations (serious) negligence, intentional violations, negligence, non-performance, distortion, tort or strict liability of the supplier or liability attributable (wholly or partially) to the supplier (the address, officers, employees, agents or affiliated companies), including any (partial) cancellation, overbooking, delays, rerouting, strike, force majeure or any other event beyond our control.

In any event the «LESVORAMA»and its affiliates and their respective suppliers have no responsibility for any direct, indirect damages arising from / or related in any way with the use of this site, regardless of whether based on contract, damage or direct responsibility. General agrees to defend and indemnify the «LESVORAMA» and partners and suppliers from any claim resulting act, claim, loss, damage, fine or any other outlet including but not limited to every legal or accounting costs resulting from you or to your violation of the liability described above or misuse of this site.

The company reserves the right when the user violates the Terms of Use of this website or abused the opportunity of booking travel services to access or dismisses the possibility of booking it.

Modification of Terms and conditions
The company reserves the right to change any time the terms, conditions and the points in which is offered this website and you agree to accept and be bound by these terms, conditions and observations apply when you use this Website and the services you provide.

Applicable law
The use of the site, the terms and conditions and provide of our services is subject to the laws of the Greek state. Hereby agree that any dispute arising from or relating to the use of this site, exclusive jurisdiction to the courts of Mytilene.

If any part of this declared invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, including, the disclaimer and liability limitations set out above, the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that approximates the maximum end of the original provision and the remaining terms and provisions will remain valid.

A printed version of this and any label given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and under the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and stored in paper form.

Informations for passports, visas, currency and health regulations
The responsibility for compliance these provisions lie solely with the user.  If the user is traveling to or from abroad should comply with the relevant provisions on passports, visa, customs, taxes, and provisions for imports and exports, as the health conditions of each country. For more information the user should contact the Greek Consulate in his country or for the departure, the Consulate of the country at which you will travel, in Greece.

Further contact
With the completion of a reservation, you agree to receive a confirmation e-mail immediately after, an informative e-mail that can send you shortly before the date of arrival, providing you with information about the destination and offers (which may include offers third party, to the extent that you actively choose this information) on your booking and an email will be sent after your return from the trip, with which you can fill out the form with comments from travelers. In addition to the above email, we will not send further (targeted or general content) notices or email, unless if you agree actively to this process.

Comments and user satisfaction
The website enables us to publish comments and may present comments, and other materials related to hotels and other travel experiences that you can take part and for which you submit your comments. In particular, using such a service advocates and warrants that:

• own or otherwise control all of the rights of user reviews and material you post.
  
• ill not publish or distribute any information or material belonging to a third party without the express written consent.
  
• User comments you submit is accurate, regarding the date of publication.
  
• User comments and material you supply does not fail to fulfill the terms and conditions of use of the site.
