Description: A first class 4 stars hotel located in a beautiful hillside with fantastic sea view and view of the opposite coast of Turkey, which after its recently renovation is characterized as one of the best hotels on the island.

Location: Located near Eftalou. The romantic Molyvos with its local restaurants, the traditional streets and shops is about 2 kilometers (several times during the day, free shuttle service bus from the hotel). The nearest beach for swimming in beautiful waters is about 600m. In Eftalou beach (about 2km), there are beautiful coves / beaches with natural gravel and mineral springs. During the summer months, a local bus transfers between the villages and beaches of Eftalou, Molyvos (gravel), Petra (sand) and Anaxos (sand) the visitors. The bus stop is about 30m. from the hotel.

Facilities: The hotel, completely renovated in winter 2007/ 2008 in the Mediterranean style, consists from the main building and several smaller buildings built amphitheatrically. The complex has a total of 106 rooms and suites. At the main building is the reception with the ability to accommodate a safe box with charge, a comfortable lounge with Wi-Fi Internet access and satellite TV, Internet corner, conference rooms, bar, main restaurant with panoramic view and an à la carte restaurant with delicious Greek and international cuisine. At the beautiful and well maintained garden you will find two freshwater pools with integrated small waterfall, a sunny pool terrace and a snack bar. Sun beds, towels and umbrellas at the pool are included in price.

Sports & Entertainment: 

• Free of charge: gym, hard tennis court (charge projector over charge) and table tennis, 1x week (June – Sept.) Greek dance – musical evening.
  
• With extra charge: sauna, Jacuzzi, massage and beauty treatments (by appointment)
  
• For children: playground and separate children’s pool.

Meals: Breakfast or half board. Extensive American breakfast buffet, dinner buffet for half board.

Rental days are calculated on a 24 – hour basis from the vehicle’s pick up time.
Sometimes your departure can be later than the pick up time and will be necessary to pay an extra surcharge for the overused hours. If this is necessary our customer service will inform you immediately after your booking.

The self-participation (own-risk)level for categories:
1.     A, B, C is € 600,00 plus VAT
2.     D, D1, G is € 850.00 plus VAT
3.     K, E, E1, F, F1 is € 1050.00 plus VAT
In addition, the tenant may choose to an extra insurance cover, the Additional Collision & Damage Waiver (ACDW), which exempt the self-participation in case of an accident to 350,00€ or the tenant may choose to an extra insurance cover, the Full Collision & Damage Waiver (FCDW), which exempt the self-participation in case of an accident to 0,00€. Damaged tires, crystal and underneath the car is not insured.
