A reservation or purchase of a product or a service offered on our website is made easily and quickly by completing the relevant fields of the special booking form. The process is simple:

  • For hotels, select if you want the desired city, enter the dates of arrival and departure and the number of rooms and guests, click on the “Search” and a list of available hotels or apartments will be displayed on the screen. For more information about each accommodation, types and prices of the rooms of your choice, choose from the menu information of any outcome result or click on the hotel’s name or the information link. After selecting the accommodation and the price of accommodation you want to click on the button “Book it” on the right side of the screen.
  • For car rentals, select the station or area you wish to pick up the car and enter the dates of receipt and delivery, click on the “Search” button and a list of available rental cars will be displayed on the screen. For more information about each category, types and prices navigate the information space of each result. After you select the category that you wish, click on the button “Book it” on the right side of the screen.
  • For transportation from / to airport and areas or hotels, choose the destination or region you want to go and enter the arrival and departure dates and number of visitors, click on the “Search” and a list of available modes will appear in screen. For more information about each category, types and prices navigate the information space of each result. After you select the category that you wish click on the button “Book it” on the right side of the screen.
  • For airline tickets, select the airport of departure and arrival that you want, enter your arrival and departure dates and number of travelers. Click on the “Search” button and a list of available flights will appear on the screen. For more information about each flight, browse the information space of each result. After selecting the flight and price that you wish, click on the button “Book it” on the right side of the screen.
  • For ferry tickets, select the port of departure and arrival that you want, enter your arrival and departure dates and number of travelers, click on the “Search” button and a list of available ships will appear on the screen. For more information about each trip, browse the information space of each result. After choosing the path you want to click on the button “Book it” on the right side of the screen and follow the next steps.

Then for all services you will go to form a “Secure Reservation Request”, you will see again the “Reservation Information” and fill the gaps in the “Visitors Information”. Please make sure the name and email address – is written correctly. After providing all necessary information, press the button “Submit Request”.

Also after the completion of the reservation you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you have registered, stating the reservation code and detailed information of your reservation.

If you want you can certainly make phone or e-mail reservations. For reservations by e-mail please fill out the form and send it to reservations [@] lesvorama.gr. For telephone reservations, please contact directly our customer service phone +30 22530 72291.

For each reservation made by phone or e-mail there is no extra charge compared with the prices listed on our website.

Depending on the service you choose you will be asked to advance an amount to guarantee the reservation or in some cases to repay the value of your reservation. In the confirmation e-mail you will receive, it is shown exactly the value of the reservation and the exact amount deducted at the end of the reservation. For air and boat tickets reservations, through the website, it is possible to pay the total amount charged only by credit card at the completion of the reservation.

Responsibility for the trade takes the contracted bank, which verifies the validity of online credit card information (number, maturity, balance, cancellation etc.). To protect and encrypt your credit card, during the transferring them to us, we use standard technology trade data “128 Bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL)” for our services. The level of security supports the highest safety specifications 3D-Secure with the standards and control of «Verified by VISA» and «SecureCode by MasterCard». This will provide full security through bank transactions by credit card.

Credit cards accepted by our system in cooperation with the bank are VISA and Mastercard.

Of course, the security of booking is based on the credit card data provided by the user or the person responsible for the booking. With the introduction of the credit card data and using the Site, you warrant to use the website in accordance with the law and follow the written rules of use and that there is legitimate reservations and purchases in your name or in relation to others in the name and whose behalf you are entitled to act.

The payments methods for the deposit, the guarantee of the reservation and in some cases the repayment of the reservation of your offering service or product through the website is only by credit card. In cases of an advance or guarantee and subsequent repayment of booking you can choose for your account balance, the following ways a) settling through the system the 28 days before the day of arrival with your credit card, b) deposit the balance 28 days before the day of arrival to our bank account c) direct payment to the supplier upon arrival.

The quoted price when making the reservation is the final price per service including the VAT and all other taxes (subject for the possibility of change such taxes), unless otherwise stated on the website or e-mail confirmation.

The final price of the system is updated according to the selections of travel products and services and includes all services and benefits as those you selected listed on the website or in the e-mail confirmation. The final price is with no surprises, as internet service fees, credit card charge fees and taxes etc.

After completing the steps of the booking process you will see a confirmation page with the reservation number, which means that your booking has been confirmed. You will also receive a confirmation email to the email address you have registered, stating the reservation code and details and the elements of your booking.

Please write or print your booking number and report it in any future contact you have with us on issues of this reservation. Also we inform you that you can have access on your booking via the link “My Booking”.

If for any reason you do not receive a message of success or do not receive an confirmation e-mail, contact Lesvorama at 0030 22530 72291 or info@lesvorama.gr, to see if your booking has been made or not. Many times communication may be discontinued without having the possibility to know what happened to your computer.

Please check directly the facts of confirmation (name, reservation dates, hotel, etc.) and update as soon as possible and not later than 48 hours of receiving the confirmation e-mail for any mistakes made during registration. Webpromo-Lesvorama cannot guarantee that the error correction is possible even if there is timely information, as it cannot guarantee that it can be done without cost. Errors listed after the deadline will not be considered.

The facilities as listed on the Website and describing the service you have selected are guaranteed by the supplier. If you want additional services or have any requests please fill in the form and send them in the reservertions@lesvorama.gr or directly to the supplier in accordance with the information you have sent in the confirmation e-mail.

Lesvorama is obliged to send all the necessary travel tickets for the proper implementation of your trip. Here’s the analysis and the method of sending the tickets for each event:

  • For hotel reservations or car rental or hotels and transport to hotels and the areas, print the confirmation e-mail, which is a valid voucher and present it to the supplier of the service.
  • For air reservations you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating the number of the airline reservation and the number of the electronic ticket, which you should print, get it with you to the airport to the check in. Caution, the name shown on your booking confirmation, must match the name of identity at the check in.
  • For ferry reservations except the confirmation e-mail, the ferry tickets are also sent by post or by courier. The company is not responsible for lost tickets sent by post.

Your reservation is immediately communicated to the supplier, not later than 24 hours after the materialization. If you want to contact the supplier for any questions or wishes you have, please indicate that the reservation is made by Lesvorama and the corresponding reservation code referred to the e-mail confirmation of your reservation.

The area “My Booking” is a self service tool that enables you to view, modify and cancel your reservation online. The link for the “My Booking” you can find it in the top right of the page, as in the confirmation e-mail. To connect to the “My Booking” you need the reservation number and password provided to you by confirmation e-mail upon completion of your reservation.

If you wish to change or cancel your reservation you must visit our website and login to the reservation system from the location “My booking” with the booking number and your username and password that you received at the confirmation e-mail and follow the instructions provided on this site. If you wish to make any change or cancellation in writing, please send an e-mail to info@lesvorama.gr or fax to 00302253072292, informing your request.

The costs may occur when changing or cancellation of a travel service lays solely the user determined by the terms of each supplier. Please note that you will be charged for canceling or changing reservation according to the following terms:

1.For hotel reservations, car rental and transportation to hotels or destinations the cancellation or change terms are:

  • To cancel or change a reservation until 28 days before the arrival date the charge is 15% of the total value of your reservation.
  • To cancel or change a reservation until 15 days before the date of arrival the charge is 30% of the total value of your reservation.
  • To cancel or change a reservation up to 6 days before the date of arrival the charge is 50% of the total value of your reservation.
  • To cancel or change a reservation up to 1 day before the date of arrival or no show the charge is 75% of the total value of your reservation.

2.For air tickets the cancellation or change terms are:

  • Cancellation or change of domestic flight or fare € 15,00 is charged plus the expected cost of cancellation – change of the current fare of the airline company.
  • Cancellation or change of international flight or fare is charged with € 25,00 plus the expected cost of cancellation – change of the current fare of the airline company.
  • In case of cancellation with fault of the airline company, you are not charged cancellation fees and the company does not require additional service cost.

3.For ferry tickets reservations the cancellation or change terms are:

  • Cancellation or change of direction or fare of domestic trips, is charged with € 25,00 plus the expected cost of cancellation – change of the current fare of the shipping company.
  • Cancellation or change of direction or fare of international trips is charged with € 25,00 plus the expected cost of cancellation – change the current fare of the shipping company.

Please note that for some prices or some special offers there is no possibility of cancellation or change.

After the cancellation of your reservation you will receive a confirmation e-mail of your cancellation. If for any reason you will not receive a message of success or you do not receive an confirmation e-mail, contact Lesvorama at 0030 2253072291 or info@lesvorama.gr to see if your booking has been canceled or not. After submitting your request to change your reservation, the competent department of our company will contact you to settle in your request.

The refund on cancellations or changes of bookings for hotels, car rental and transportation to hotels and areas, will be done as soon as possible and not later than the end of the following month from the cancellation date. Please note that in case of cancellation or change on air or ferry tickets, the refund will be made if the air or ferry company has advanced to the refund process. For possible delays by the airline and ferry companies, the company does not bear any responsibility.

Lesvorama respects with strict confidentiality to protect your privacy. In addition to the notifications required by law in any relevant jurisdiction and disclosure of your name, e-mail address and your information to complete your booking with the organizers or suppliers of each tourist service of your choice, we ensure you that we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent.
